Long break… a little help

Let me start by Thanking the person for the time of reading and possibly solving this problem for me. It's been a while since I had my psp, I got it back 2 days ago and figured out I had a lot of catching up with updating the firmware. I was on a 3.xx OE, and finally have a 5.50 Gen-D3 up and running.

I saved everything on the memory card before before doing any update, now after having a version 5.50 running I copied eveything back to the memory card. Now here comes the problem, ISOs and CSOs are working wonderfully, however homebrews aren't. I have the homebrew files at game 150, and on the recovery mode set to run homebrews at 1.5, but none of my homebrews will run, they show up under the memory card but gives me the error (80020148) The game could not be started.

I know I need to catch up as to what the major changes are between running homebrews on 3.xx OE and 5.5 Gen, I also noticed there should be new folders for the psp such as seplugins which I didn't have on 3.xx. So what folders should there be on a 5.5 system? and which major changes and programs (tools) should I have to run the homebrew programs? Thanx once again.

PC Issues

Two days ago I was able to connect my PSP to my computer, and transfer files. Today I tried to connect, and while my PC recognizes my PSP in the Device Manager, it no longer appears in My Computer. I was able to connect my PSP to my 360 as a portable device, but not to my PC. I've tried different USB cords, as well as uninstalling and reinstalling, and nothing seems to work. Other USB devices like my headset and DVD burner work on all USB ports, so I'm stumped.

OS: Windows XP SP2

If anybody has any advice, I'd greatly appreciate it.

its a great down loader get whatever video you want off you tube.com

C&p the url into the first bar it will download then you convert the raw file to the psp file (yes that's actually an option)
