CSO Not Working Properly?

I recently bought Resistance: Retribution (great game btw) for psp and decided to turn it into a CSO. I was running the game perfectly for a week or two, but I started having problems with it today. Whenever I try to load it, I get a black screen with the logo spining in the corner. After a few second, it dissapears and an icon of what seems to be a disc(CD) comes up in the corner for a second, then dissapears. After that my psp just crashes.

Some things I've done to my psp before trying to run cso(before it started acting weird)
-Changed Theme using cxmb.prx
-Added applications like Psptube and the new webbrowser
-Added some new music.

Anyone have any ideas to why it's doing this?
